St Albans City and District Council is conducting a survey as part of its continuing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion within the Council and community. This survey is designed to gather the communites experience of equality, diversity, and inclusion and to see what needs to be improved.
What you tell them will be used to shape the new Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy for 2024-2029. The feedback gathered will directly influence the strategy and action plan, helping to create a more inclusive environment for everyone.
The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Partnership is a group of people in the District who meet regularly to oversee the strategy and work to the improve equality, diversity, and inclusion. The members include community and voluntary sector representatives, Police, Schools, Councillors, Council Officers and members of St Albans Faith and Culture Enterprise and the Access Forum. This group is co-chaired by Communities 1st and a member of St Albans Access Forum, and hosted by St Albans City and District Council.
