May Local elections happened as we went to publish, and we were pleasantly surprised by the news from Sopwell Ward that Mr Shakir Rehman has been voted in as the local counsellor for the Ward. Congratulations and we wish him well and look forward to seeing him in action over he coming years. Its great to have a Bangladeshi representative in St Albans Council, maybe now our voice will be heard.
